Belton Residence Remodel and Addition

Reimagining a family home for its next chapter.

Set on three acres of rural Blackland Prairie, this project sought to elevate and transform an existing home to meet the needs of a modern family. The work was completed in two phases.

The first phase added nearly 2,000 square feet, introducing a four-car garage, private office, spacious gym, and a generous primary suite. The second phase reconfigured the living and kitchen areas to enhance both functionality and social connection. To further enrich the interior, a large skylight dormer was added, allowing natural light to penetrate deep into the main living spaces.
